I journaled yesterday---1635 calories----too many , altho it was in my range--
I shall work at getting it down more to-day--around 1200 to 1500 is where I know I can lose a bit of weight-providing I get the exercise in.

It is an UBER DAY--a day to drive Himself to his office--a busy day for me, as Sadie, that cleaning Lady, usually drops in --(who is really me!)--

And, we have a rainy , dreary looking day out there ---- no time to sweat the small stuff tho---just keep going and bring the sunshine from inside me--like--think happy thoughts--

-"Shake yer Bootie" as our Grandchild always tells me--
-remember to exercise, even a wee bit, to keep the illnesses away---

-JOURNAL----It keeps the bad foods away---
Lord love a Duck!--- The Uber Driver must get rolling---
