This is me-----with son#1 and son#2, on one of our many trips back to Jamaica to stay with Himself's family home, near Montego Bay.
On this beach, is now a huge hotel---
--When we visited, there were only a few hotels----not like to-day--Every time we went to the beach, we always loaded the car up with all his nieces and nephews who never got to go to the beach,as they had to help their parents in the various business'.

I was watching Himself put up a Christmas tree just now in the front yard--It made me remember our many trips to himself's Mother's home and how they used to wait for us to arrive, to decorate the house there. Of course, we were loaded down with gifts from Miami for all the family members, including the maids.

So, Tess and I walked--- It is mild----And Beau and I went on Po-Patrol---
I read somewhere that we must "embrace the winter"----Lord love a Duck eh?---

I have my journal once again, on the kitchen table, because, it is just too easy, to be on that old "Hope diet"----you know---eat whatever you want, and hope for the best-----when you know all that food will be hidden under the winter wear , never to be seen--TILL SUMMER----
This is the 543rd time I have done this!

Everyday is a challenge---but----- I do NOT want to look like Santa Claus---who should really be a Spark member----
I have started to-day---AGAIN---
It's the number of times I have the courage to get back up----that is what matters!
At least I'm telling Santa this!
