Hi everybody! I haven't posted to this group in like a year...sorry about that! But I have gained back all the weight I worked so hard to lose last year, so I need to stay accountable!
This morning I am having Apple-spice oatmeal with chia and walnuts (all homemade, no packages!)
I also had a matcha latte made with almond milk and stevia. I always add a little ashwaganda to that for de-stress and hormone health.
Have a delicious day!
