It's That Time of the Year

Back in October 2011 I had had enough of being fat and was ready to lose the weight once and for all. Looking back it might not have been the easiest time of the year to change my eating and exercise, but I was ready. At the time, I just committed to choosing the eat healthy most of the time, tracking my food & staying with a reasonable calorie range, and moving more. Figured I could do that through Christmas.

Well I did it and kept on doing it. Here I am going into my 8th holiday season and ready to enjoy the holidays and not gain weight. I know what to do and will do it.
