My husband is a type 2 diabetic and is working hard to get his blood sugars under control. I am making diabetic friendly recipes for our dinners. He gets in daily exercise of either swimming or walking. Working on rainbow colours for fruit and veggies. Yesterday, I got in 32 g of fiber and 5 cups of water so we are both making good improvements in general.
