Stardate... Dec 6 2018. Feels like groundhog day, keep doing the same thing. SO after stressing out with 3 generations in the house I finally had to do something. Dropped off doing everything. Pastas, pizza, alcohol, candy. I was doing it all. Felt like crap, not sleeping, taking a sleeping aid to help sleep.
So Monday I said enough! Try the low carb low sugar again. I tried Keto last spring worked for a few weeks then I got the Keto flu. So trying just stay away from carbs and sugar as much as possible. Started with black coffee, Never in my life have I liked it. OK, not so bad at breakfast. 2 eggs and veg for breakfast, leftover turkey chili for lunch and pork loin and veg for dinner. No snacks during the day except some nuts. Repeat each day. Got to Thursday and haven't fallen yet and amazing, not hungry and dropped 7 pounds!
So I am going to go this way as much as I can. I hope it works, I know the holiday and weekends will be a challenge but I am determined! Was planning to make the Christmas cookies but this year no. Cause I will eat them!
I canceled my November Dr appt because he would yell I gained weight and my sugars would be out of whack and he'd be pushing me towards being a diabetic. So I have to lose 30 before I go back.
