Twenty-first Weekend Fasting Cycle Completed

For this weekend I cooked a bunch of organ meats: chicken hearts, livers, gizzards and feet. The fast went without a hitch. For last week and this week, I allowed myself liberal amount of carbs such as Brewer's yeast chocolate bars and fruits. I'll need to scale back on the chocolate morsels for the Brewer's yeast bar. They are just too sweet. Cherries are in season and that is very nice. I'm looking forward to the coming weekend fast as a break from the high carbs I'm going through.
