Squats: 0.96 x WEIGHT = Calories burned per minute

I'm now 299.6lbs * 0.96 = 28.75CAL per minute or 1,725 cal per hour

299.6 * 3500 = 1,048,600 calories


50 squats per 5 minutes = 500 squats per day(2 years) ~ 5,000 per day (1 year) to lose all of my weight...


Hecky-naw. My current goal is 100 per day... 500 would be a feat!

How many squats do you do per day and how much have you lost in X amount of time?

    I just do a 20-30 minute kettlebell workout a day and that has squats in it.
