Fitness Minutes: 2,384

My Goals:
l would like to be in control of my eating, and eat a healthy, mostly plant-based diet.

I need to make moving my body a daily habit. Setting up a workout program seems doable. Though not cast in stone. It must have options and variety.

My Program:
Right now I am observing and correcting bad eating patterns. I avoid animal products and processed foods, sugar, baked goods, sweets, cookies, chips and crackers. I buy and cook fresh vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and tofu variations. I eat fruits of many colors and persuasions. I drink water, sparkling water, a.k.a. seltzer, and homemade iced green tea.

Personal Information:
I have a technical job with a science journal publisher
I love cooking and learning about nutrition
I try to eat healthy and almost entirely plant-based
I enjoy drawing, painting, writing and photography

Other Information:
I am an artist and I have a BFA in Graphic Design and Fine Arts
(and I need to spend more time being an artist and less time playing at being a chef)

I was told by my first grade teacher that I have quite a LUXURIOUS imagination, and
I try to maintain that and use it in the light, and try not go over to the dark side.
