This is one I make weekly and bag and freeze to use all week.
You put what you like in it. I don't use potatos, pasta, rice or beans even tho I like them because of calories.
It is a basic veggie soup.
I use Delmonte italian canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, can chicken broth 2 can beef broth and lots of water. I add a good bit of my italian blend spices plus odds and ends spices. You put your favorite spices in yours. Then I use chopped cabbage, chopped carrots, celery, yellow squash, canned chinese corn cut up in smaller pieces, kale or drained spinach, green beans. This is as far as I go at this point. You can use whatever veggies you like..
After it is cooked and cooled I bag it in 2 or 3 cup portions. When I go to eat it It always needs more broth. I either will use some tomato paste and water or canned beef or chicken broth. Sometimes I also add some more veggies from freezer. I keep bags of cauliflower, broccoli, sugar peas etc in freezer. I will add a little of some of them when I eat soup.I also will often add some more spices like maybe curry or chili powder.
It is your soup so you put what you like in it. I also save any leftovers during the week even if it is just a couple of tablespoons and toss that in when I eat a bag.
It is time consuming to make as I count every calorie I put in soup and then measure every cup I bag. Then I figure out how many calories are in each bag.I usually average around 80 cal per 3 cup bag which leaves plenty of room to add extras when I eat it. It always needs more broth.
Lately to keep from added extra calories I don't add extra veggies.I use my immersion blender and make a thicker broth soup out of it. I usually still add a little tomato paste, broth and spices. depends on how it taste.

This week 2 cups came to 75 calories but I used extra tomatoes and tomato paste.
